(centipede g.) on guitar. originally inspired by captain beefheart & his magic band, centipede are the rightful heirs to the historical avant-garde; nobody who has heard the band thinks what they make is actually music.
2. they recently provided a track for alice et dorval: an ownable art experiment and have recorded an e.p., we stole the bitch's time slot. also available is their debut full-length, nancy reagan flipbook, which includes a flipbook of nancy waving with one hand and holding an american flag (before it was cool) in the other.
3. they have recently added a keyboard player named bricky (centipede b.).
4. they have since added another guitar player named mike (centipede m.r.). word on the street is that they're looking for a conductor.
5. centipedes b. and m.r. have split and the group is on indefinite hiatus.
